100% of all donations go directly to the care of the animals. We have NO overhead expenses or paid staff, all are volunteers.

Another part of what we do here at CLAWS is rescue abused, neglected and unwanted exotic animals for which there aren't many rescues available. That we know of, we are one of only two exotic animal rescues in the country who will take in such a variety of species. We normally only take in those species that there are no other rescues available for. However, rarely, we do end up with "normal" animals up for adoption for varying reasons.

We are VERY selective in who can adopt these animals. Please read our Adoption Policy prior to contacting us.

Here are some of our recent rescues who may or may not be up for adoption. If you would be interested in sponsoring or adopting one of these animals, please contact us.

NOTE: EVERY animal we have for adoption will be on this page! We DO NOT keep a list of "approved homes", due to the variety of species rescue. We have no control over when we get contacted to take in new rescues. Please do not email us asking for a list of what might not be on this page or what we WILL have available. Many of the animals that we help to rescue and rehome never end up on this page due to the nature of their species and the type of facility they must go to. Due to the types of animals we rescue, we also do not foster out these animals. Special permits and training are needed and that is a liability we can't take on.
